Anchored Life Press, LLC ("we," "us") publishes the 12 Words™ app, the 12 Words™ Bible Study Workbooks, Truth Treasures™ audiobooks, and The Best Beginning. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to the 12 Words™ app.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you create an account in the 12 Words™ app, we collect your email address so you can sign in.
- Content you create. Notes, responses, and other study content you enter in the app, and any study groups you create or join.
- This website. The website does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers, and it does not collect personal information.
How we use it
- To provide the app's features, including saving your study progress and enabling group study.
- To send account emails, such as sign-in links and password resets.
- To respond when you contact us.
We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it to track you across other apps or websites.
How it is stored
App data is stored with trusted service providers that host our database and send our account emails. They process your information only on our behalf and under their own security and confidentiality obligations. Content you share in a study group is visible to the other members of that group.
Your choices
- Delete your account. You can delete your account at any time from within the app. This permanently removes your account and the content associated with it.
- Access or correct your information. Email us and we will help.
Children
The 12 Words™ app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Truth Treasures™ audiobooks are audio files that play on your own device and do not collect any information. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
